Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in line with SOPs.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage attendance and overtime.
• Conduct performance appraisals and document corrective actions.
• Assist in recruitment and training record maintenance.
• Promote compliance with policies and participate in safety audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-train in technical areas to meet business needs.
