Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor for its Madison plasma donor center. You will oversee daily donor floor activities, lead shifts, and support Center Manager in achieving performance targets, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

The role requires managing staffing, schedules, inventory, and adherence to FDA, CLIA, CGMP, OSHA, and company SOPs, with a focus on safety and quality in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; certifications in Phlebotomy, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with donors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in absence of Center Manager and lead donor floor operations.
• Supervise Donor Center staff across shifts; assign tasks, coach, and schedule.
• Ensure inventory levels; place orders to vendors as needed.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, FDA/CLIA/cGMP, OSHA and quality standards.
• Monitor donor flow; address delays and service issues to enhance donor experience.
• Prepare reports for Center Manager and participate in onboarding and cross-training.
