Job summary

Grifols in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, donor flow, and compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards.

You will supervise production staff, ensure accurate records, train new employees, maintain equipment, and report to center management while ensuring high standards of donor safety and center performance. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; professional certifications preferred.
• Certified in Phlebotomy, Donor Processing, Plasma Processing.
• Designated Trainer certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor flow and production staff in the plasma center.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records management.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Assist in center equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Train and retrain staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.
