Job summary

Grifols seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead the daily donor center operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with FDA/CLIA and company SOPs. This role supports the Center Manager, drives performance, and aims for superior donor experience.

You will oversee shift leadership, staffing coordination, inventory, and documentation while maintaining safety and quality across donor processing and plasma collection functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; certifications in phlebotomy and donor-center operations preferred.
• Minimum 6 years related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.
• Ability to follow SOPs, regulations (FDA/CLIA), and ensure donor safety.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader in the Center Manager's absence; supervise donor floor operations.
• Schedule staff, assign tasks, manage breaks, coach team members.
• Monitor donor flow, address delays, ensure exceptional donor experience.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare reports and support center performance targets.
