Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead plasma center operations, supervise donor flow and ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards. The role requires training oversight, documentation discipline and strong teamwork to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will have phlebotomy and plasma processing certifications, and a minimum of four years related experience in a high-volume center. On-site shift-based role supporting center management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing certifications preferred.
• Ability to adhere to FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and SOPs (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP).
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and documentation to uphold production standards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist in keeping the center clean and equipment in good working order; support management.
