Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role supports the Center Manager in driving performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

The position emphasizes shift leadership, staffing, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs, FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP requirements. Excellent customer service and bilingual communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and relevant certifications.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer certifications are required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Typically requires 6 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader in the Center Manager's absence and supervise donor center staff.
• Oversee donor operations, staffing, task assignments, and coaching during shifts.
• Create staff schedules to accommodate donor cycles and ensure coverage.
