Job summary

Grifols North America is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead donor center floor operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. The role supports the Center Manager and drives performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, English fluency, and experience with phlebotomy and plasma processing, plus knowledge of FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified phlebotomist and donor center technician.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor center operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP.
• Monitor donor throughput and improve performance.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
