Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead plasma donor center operations, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The role supports the Center Manager in driving performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will oversee donor floor operations, schedule staff, manage inventory, and lead shifts with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Strong phlebotomy and plasma processing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist.
• Certified as a Donor Center Technician.
• Certified as a Plasma Processor.
• Certified as a Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and oversee donor center operations.
• Supervise staff during shifts and coordinate staffing, tasks, and coaching.
• Create employee schedules to align with donor cycles.
• Monitor inventory and submit orders to vendors to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and SOPs.
• Support daily operational plans to achieve donor throughput and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Quality to resolve deviations in real time.
• Maintain donor flow and address delays to ensure excellent donor experience.
• Document required records accurately and timely.
