Job summary

The role acts as a lead resource on shifts and collaborates with the Center Manager to drive performance and donor satisfaction.

You will schedule staff, manage inventory, maintain documentation, and uphold cGMP, FDA, CLIA, OSHA standards, while promoting safety and teamwork across the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Phlebotomy/Donor Center Technician certifications preferred.
• CPR certification required; able to work in a regulated plasma center environment.
• Typically requires 6 years of related phlebotomy/donor processing/plasma processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and oversee donor operations.
• Supervise staff in donor center during shifts and coordinate tasks and schedules.
• Manage donor flow, inventory, and adherence to SOPs, FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting to Center Manager.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and cross-training to support center performance.
• Lead safety-focused culture and coordinate with Quality team to address deviations.
