Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with a graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 overall.
• Internship or 3 months of manufacturing experience at time of application.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Must relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality, lead times, and cost savings.
• Apply data-driven analysis to drive operational decisions and measurable results.
• Develop frontline leadership on the shop floor and guide hourly manufacturing teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including new product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
• Engage in daily management systems to sustain improvements and safety.
