Job summary

Eaton is seeking a development-track Field Service Engineer as part of our Early Talent program. You’ll work on electrical power distribution projects, deliver customer-facing technical solutions, and rotate through a structured training curriculum with mentors and teammates across multiple locations in the United States.

The program prepares you for technical and leadership roles, with hands-on field work, safety training, and opportunities to advance within Eaton’s service network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Internship/co-op or 3 months’ experience in technician/maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers
• Perform complex engineering assignments related to equipment or product design, testing, or research
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties
