Eaton Corporation is inviting applications for its two-year Operations Engineer rotational program in the United States. Participants will rotate through manufacturing and engineering roles at Sumter, SC or Cleveland, TN, with relocation support and exposure to customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering with graduation date before July 2027.
Minimum GPA 2.8+.
At least one internship or 3 months co-op experience at time of application.
Relocation to US locations will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year rotational program across E-Operations functions.
Gain exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing activities.
Relocation assistance to Sumter, SC or Cleveland, TN locations.
Interact with customers, sales teams, and internal teams to support product launches.
