Job summary

Eaton’s Early Career Programs offer a two-year rotational experience designed to develop future operations leaders. Participants will rotate through Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer-facing roles across sites in Sumter, SC or Cleveland, TN, with relocation support.

The program emphasizes hands-on engineering exposure, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8+ (do not round).
• Internship or co-op experience of at least 3 months.
• Relocation within the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across three paths.
• Relocate to Sumter, SC or Cleveland, TN as part of assignments.
• Engage with manufacturing, design, sales, and customers across sites.
• Lead projects and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop skills in switchboards, panelboards and safety equipment.
