Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer as part of its Early Career Development Program in the United States. You will work on electrical power distribution projects, deliver solutions to customers, and gain hands-on experience in diverse environments.

The program provides structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to technical and leadership growth across multiple service branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Minimum internship/co‑op or 3 months of technician/maintenance experience with machines/equipment.
• Geographic relocation within the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments involving design, testing, or analysis.
• Display proficiency in Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements, and Control Design.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
