Job summary

Eaton seeks a Field Service Engineer as part of the Early Career Development Program. You will work on power distribution equipment projects, delivering technical solutions to customers and performing design, testing, and analysis activities across diverse sites.

This program provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in power systems, safety, and project execution, with opportunities across multiple U.S. regions and a company vehicle for field work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Minimum of internship/co-op or 3 months of technician/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including design, testing, or research investigations.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work and warranties.
