Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate to lead the mining of raw materials and production at the assigned plant.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, and cross-department coordination to meet Dispatcher requests efficiently and safely. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of aggregate mining/plant production experience, with SAP proficiency and strong leadership to drive productivity while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with aggregate mining and plant production experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Promote safe operations and maintain cost efficiency at the plant.
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity and control costs.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control, and Regional Admin/Finance.
