Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager for the Rollag Agg MN site to lead mining operations and production planning. You will ensure that output meets quality standards while coordinating with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and QA teams.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field and 5–7 years in aggregate mining or plant production, with strong SAP and computer skills and a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in aggregate mining or raw materials plant production.
• Strong computer skills and experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and direct mining operations to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and QA functions.
• Monitor safety and environmental policies at the plant.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
