Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate in North America to lead mining and production operations at the assigned plant. You will oversee staffing, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality Control to meet customer demand.

The role emphasizes cost control, production strategies, and continuous improvement to raise productivity. A Bachelor's in Mining/related fields and 5–7 years of experience are preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aggregate Mining with 5–7 years of related experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Managing.
• Required technical skills include strong computer proficiency and familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize and control mining and production at the Plant.
• Staff adequately and coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control.
• Monitor productivity and safety to raise efficiency while controlling costs.
• Ensure inventory sufficiency to meet customer requests and maintain plant reliability.
• Lead and evaluate subordinate staff and enforce accountability.
