Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at the Glyndon plant, overseeing staffing, production planning, and safety compliance to meet customer needs and ensure efficient, cost-effective output.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field with 5–7 years of aggregate mining and plant experience, and SAP proficiency. You will collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, QA, and regional administration to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of aggregate mining and plant production experience.
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity at the plant.
• Manage staffing and inventory to ensure timely, cost-efficient production.
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity while maintaining safety.
• Supervise personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability across the team.
• Coordinate safety inspections and compliance with MSHA requirements.
