Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead raw materials mining and the production of shippable product at the Glyndon AGG MN site. The role emphasizes timely, cost-efficient operations and maintaining high quality output.

You will coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality Control, oversee staffing and inventory, and drive safety, productivity, and cost-control initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Field of Study: Mining Engineering or related focus.
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and plant production experience.
• Must be proficient with basic computer software; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling mining and production to meet dispatcher requests.
• Staffing and inventory monitoring at the Plant; coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control.
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity while maintaining safety and controlling costs.
