Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Sr Representative Learning Operations for the Dardanelle Plant. The role delivers new team member orientation, runs learning courses, and supports leadership development and Upward Academy.

Strong communication and classroom facilitation are essential to enable effective policy adoption. The position requires 2+ years of training experience, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and ability to travel domestically; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional training/facilitation experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experience for Team Members.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Identify language barriers and arrange interpreters as needed.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
• Serve as backup for Hiring team; other duties as assigned.
• Travel 1–5 domestic trips per year; support Upward Academy initiatives.
