Job summary

Tyson Foods in Robards, KY is seeking a Sr Representative Learning Operations to lead new Team Member orientation and deliver essential training programs. You will work with HR and operations to facilitate leadership development and skills courses for plant Team Members, collecting feedback surveys and proposing improvement ideas.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous training and facilitation experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Special Skills: Operations and Manufacturing experience preferred; comfortable presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experience for Team Members.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed timely and submitted correctly.
• Identify language barriers and assess interpreter needs to ensure understanding.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
• Other duties as assigned.
