Job summary

Tyson Foods, an on-site training partner, seeks a facilitator to conduct orientation and lead various learning courses for plant Team Members. The role includes documenting onboarding paperwork and ensuring clear communication, with interpreters engaged when needed.

The position requires 2+ years of training experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong MS Office skills, and ability to present to large groups. Travel is minimal and the role reports to HR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional training/facilitation experience; HR admin skills preferred.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate company policies during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning for Team Members.
• Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed and submitted correctly.
• Identify language barriers and arrange interpreters as needed for clear communication.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
• Serve as backup for Hiring team.
• Other duties as assigned.
