Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to conduct new Team Member orientation and facilitate multiple learning courses, including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training support.

The role partners with HR, operations, and hourly Team Members to ensure effective communication and engagement. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years of professional training experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous training and facilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required to convey policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experience for Team Members.
• Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed timely and accurately.
• Identify language barriers and arrange interpreters if needed for effective communication.
• Support acclimation of new Team Members to facility and qualification process.
• Serve as backup for Hiring team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
