Job summary

Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead new Team Member orientation and deliver key training modules, including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training. You will support leadership development and Upward Academy initiatives, analyze surveys, and collaborate with HR and operations to improve learning outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, high school graduate with Bachelor’s preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Education: High School graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred in HR or related field.
2+ years of professional experience; training/facilitation experience preferred.
HR administrative skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experiences for Team Members.
Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed and submitted timely.
Identify language barriers and assess interpreters to ensure clear communication.
Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
Backup for Hiring team as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
