Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You’ll interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving approach to maintain planogram integrity and drive a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
