Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, and support merchandise and fixture assembly while maintaining signage quality.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service. The role emphasizes flexibility, safety, and adherence to company guidelines in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
