Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate as part of the Field Activity Support Team, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes within a single store. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service.

The role involves assembling merchandise, fixtures and PDQs, completing planograms, and ensuring signage accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, Uncover, Recommend, and Ask for the Sale (GURA) while assisting customers.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
