Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks from planograms and signage to price changes and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service while completing required merchandising duties and supporting store operations. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience preferred or required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
