Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service while supporting additional tasks across the store.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a focus on accurate planogram maintenance and safety. Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience and basic computer skills, with the ability to read, write, and count

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Support for merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
