Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring for a FAST Team Member to work in a store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members while delivering legendary service.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining signage, and supporting other store tasks with a flexible, service-oriented approach. The role requires 18+ and basic literacy.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Assist with price changes and merchandise fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service and respond to customer needs using GURA.
• Communicate progress and issues to the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
