Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage updates and price changes. You will assist with merchandise fixtures and PDQs, while upholding customer service standards and store appearance.

The role requires reliability, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate with store leadership and district supervisors to meet daily execution goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-direction and ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and reviews.
• Provide legendary customer service in-store using the GURA method.
