Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and contributing to store operations with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment per company guidelines.
• May be required to perform other duties.
