Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks from planograms to price changes. You will assemble fixtures, update signage, and help with merchandise while delivering legendary customer service.

You must be available for varying shifts, maintain planogram integrity, and communicate with supervisors. A strong work ethic and reliable attendance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
