Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise assembly and signage maintenance.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork, with interaction across store operations and district supervision to ensure smooth store tasks and a legendary shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and perform resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Perform price changes and merchandise/fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers using the GURA framework.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
