Job summary

Tractor Supply's FAST Team Member position focuses on owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixtures. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service within a predominantly in-store role.

Role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to complete planograms and signage tasks efficiently, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
