Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in the financial services industry with a focus on service.
• Customer service oriented with relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and Series 6 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues with plan sponsors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping and operations to support plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Support plan management 800-number calls and other duties as assigned.
