Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Boise, Idaho is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences on assigned shifts. This role combines hands-on food preparation, service duties, and accountability for food safety, cash handling, and workplace standards.

The Shift Manager will coach staff, open and close the store, manage breaks, and coordinate deliveries with drivers and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Perform crew tasks as needed (makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, guest service).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers and management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Assist with training new team members and setting expectations.
