Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager in Ohio to oversee daily store operations, guide team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across shifts. The role blends leadership with hands-on food preparation, safety, cash handling, and standards compliance.

The Shift Manager leads front-line teams, trains staff, and maintains cleanliness and efficiency to deliver quality products consistent with Marco’s standards and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handler certifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts to lead crew members and direct shift operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Perform all crew member tasks when needed, including makeline, cut table, oven monitoring, packaging, order accuracy, and guest service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed
• Coordinate with Drivers and the Manager to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers accurately
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to build skills and improve performance
• Assist with training new team members and setting clear expectations
• Handle shift-related issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations
• Multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction to ensure excellent Guest experience and accurate, quality products consistent with company standards
