Marco’s Pizza in Kuna, Idaho is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during shifts. The role combines leadership with hands-on food preparation, cash handling, and adherence to food safety standards.

We seek friendly, accountable leaders with strong communication and teamwork skills, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees in absence of GM/ASM.
• Perform crew tasks when needed (makeline, oven, packaging, guest service).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Manager for timely deliveries.
• Manage cash handling and balance registers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance.
• Assist with training new team members and setting clear expectations.
• Handle shift-related issues professionally and with problem-solving.
