Job summary

You will help maintain product quality, support cash management, inventory control, and proper shift coverage, and provide feedback to resolve issues while upholding core values and standards across the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; makes quality products and follows procedures.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains product quality, customer service and costs within standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash and inventory per company systems.
