The role requires flexibility for long hours, including nights and weekends, with focus on labor costs, inventory, and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant’s product goals.
• Meets the needs and expectations of customers, minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls within standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by using company systems and staying within guidelines.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
