Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while driving restaurant profitability.

You will manage operations, execute company policies, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate shift coverage, feedback, and inventory control to minimize losses, while maintaining product quality and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs shift duties such as making quality products and following all procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals and high customer service standards.
• Maintains compliance with policies, safety, and security protocols.
