Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising stations, preparing quality products, controlling costs and labor, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs duties such as making quality products following procedures and holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Follows policies and procedures in the TM handbook including attendance, safety and security.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to address problems.
