Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, accuracy, and portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties and follows product preparation procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals and maintains quality.
• Follows TM handbook policies on attendance, safety, and conduct.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls within standards.
