Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours (32+ hours), including nights, weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accurate portioning, and product preparation.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant’s product goals and customer satisfaction, while following TM handbook policies.
