Job summary

You will manage shift coverage, assist in inventory, handle cash tasks, and uphold cleanliness and cost controls. The position requires 18+, ability to work nights/weekends, and a stable work history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Prior restaurant shift-lead experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goals.
• Responds to customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies in TM handbook including image, attendance, safety and security.
• Exhibits core values, maintains positive attitude and team collaboration.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, service and cost controls within standards.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in managing inventory to minimize loss.
