Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shift Leader in Indiana to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service.

You’ll manage operations, follow company policies, and support profitability while maintaining standards for food safety and shift coverage. The role requires prior shift lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned workstation duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals.
• Maintains product quality, customer service and cost targets within standards.
• Executes cash management duties and assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems when identified.
