Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and service.
• Execute cash management and inventory duties following company guidelines.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Provide immediate feedback and corrective action when needed.
• Arrange adequate shift coverage and collaborate with team.
