Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service, helping to drive restaurant profitability. You will manage operations including execution of company policies, programs and systems while ensuring compliance with laws and ethical business practices.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, Serv-Safe/State Food Service certification preferred, and prior restaurant shift lead experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals and meets customer needs.
• Maintains core values, positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and corrects problems promptly.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash and inventory per company guidelines.
